How much does CUE Broadcast cost?
$69.99 per month, everything included — 700+ live channels, the full on-demand library, and up to 5 devices. If you prefer to pay yearly, the Freedom Founders plan is $769.89 per year: you pay for 11 months and the 12th is free.
Are there any hidden fees, equipment rentals, or taxes added on?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. There's no cable box to rent, no installation charge, and no 'broadcast fee' surprises like the cable company adds.
Is there a contract?
No contract, ever. CUE is month to month (or year to year on the yearly plan). You stay because you like it, not because you're locked in.
Is there a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial. Instead, we keep the price honest year-round, and there's no contract — if CUE isn't for you, you can cancel anytime from your account page.
How do I cancel or pause my membership?
Sign in at www.cuebroadcast.com/account and choose Pause or Cancel — it takes about a minute, and no phone call is required. You can also call us at 1-855-569-1891 if you'd rather talk to a person.
Watching CUE
What devices can I watch on?
Smart TVs, streaming devices, iPhones and Android phones, tablets, and any computer with a web browser (the CUE Web Player). One membership covers up to 5 devices at the same time.
Do I need special equipment or an antenna?
No. All you need is a device with the CUE app or a web browser, and a home internet connection. There's no dish, no box, and no technician visit.
How fast does my internet need to be?
Most home internet plans work fine. For smooth HD viewing we recommend at least 25 Mbps — rural DSL, cable, fiber, fixed wireless, and satellite internet (like Starlink) all work.
Can I record shows or rewind live TV?
Yes — CUE includes DVR with rewind, so you can catch what you missed and save what you love.
Do you have closed captioning?
Yes, closed captioning is available across the lineup.
