We’re excited to introduce our brand-new CUE Member Portal! 🎉
You may have previously heard us refer to this as your “back office.” Moving forward, we’ll be referring to it as your CUE Member Portal.
📧 Look for Your Member Invitation
You should have received an email from CUE Broadcast with the subject line:
“Welcome to the new CUE — your Member Account is ready.”
This email contains your invitation to access the new CUE Member Portal.
If you don’t see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders. Sometimes important emails like this can end up there.
🔐 Create Your New Password
Once you locate your member invitation, simply follow the instructions in the email to access your new Member Portal and create your password.
Here’s the really great part…
Once you create your new password and complete your member account setup, that same password will also become your CUE Broadcast streaming password! 🎉
That means you will now have ONE set of login credentials to remember for both:
💻 Your CUE Member Portal
📺 Your CUE Broadcast streaming account
No more trying to remember multiple usernames and passwords for different parts of your CUE account!
📩 Didn’t Receive Your Invitation?
If you have not received your member invitation or you cannot find it, don’t worry!
Simply contact our CUE Support Team at contact@cuebroadcast.com, and we will be more than happy to send you a new invitation.
We want to make this transition as easy as possible for our CUE Family. The new Member Portal gives you one place to access your account, and having one set of login credentials for both your member account and streaming service makes things much simpler.
